Kristen delivered naturally with no medication, despite her best intentions!
Cyanne was fascinated, caring, and gentle with her new little baby sister. Anne/Nanna also visited the hospital to meet her second grandchild.
We were also visited by Maritt's grandfather, Jack/Bubba, who came to the hospital to see her once right after delivery and then again the next day. He listened to her heart with his stethoscope and determined everything sounded great!
Leaving the hospital:
Lucky meets the newest addition to the family.
We returned home today, midday, and at the moment both mother and baby are sleeping soundly. All is well.

Kristen, You look so beautiful! I love all of the photos. Marritt is so pretty. She does look like Cyanne, and she also looks like you. What a perfect size, and she is so healthy. That is awesome. You are amazing! I love you! I can't wait to see more photos of Marritt. I am really starting to like the whole name. I love the origins and meanings. Cool that it is Norwegian! We all cannot wait to see you Kristen!
